The (draft) National Conservation Bill for 2013 was tabled in the Legislative Assembly by the Minister for Environment the Honourable Wayne Panton and published for public and legislative consideration as Supplement No.1 published with Extraordinary Gazette No.91 dated 15 November, 2013 .

  The Department of Environment ([email protected]) is happy to come and speak with any group that has questions about the (draft) Law. Or individuals are invited to email or come to the Department to have their questions answered in private.

The Minister will be on Radio Cayman’s Talk today on Monday 18 November to discuss the bill if anyone has questions or comments they would like to raise publically. He will also be on CITN on the evening of Tuesday 19 November. And rooster inteneds to rebroadcast the Minsiter’s 15 November Crosstalk on Saturday 23rd November. So please, keep yourself informed of what theproposed National Conservation Law will do and what it will not.
